Quick add Approvals

Allow the toggling of a "quick approvals" section for pro boards.
This would show a list of teams and users that would be made into an approval when clicked.

A setting would allow the quick approvals to work in 3 default grouping modes.

1. No grouping: Each selection becomes a separate approval

2. User Grouping: Each team gets a separate approval but free users get grouped into a single approval

3. Single Approval: All selections get put into a single approval

Each quick approval has an approval number next to it. the number can be changed to easily create multiple approvals using arrows next to it. These approval numbers represent the approval groups and therefore the approvals added to the card
